You can add up to eleven phone numbers for each contact, which gives you more flexibility when managing clients and leads. You can update and edit these numbers from the contact details page at any time. Assigning a primary phone number and labelling additional numbers as Home, Landline, Mobile, or Work keeps communication clear and consistent. You can also make calls to any of the numbers saved against a contact.

Adding Multiple Phone Numbers

To add phone numbers, go to your contacts page and either select an existing contact or create a new one.

In the "Contact" section, click "+ Add" then select "Phone" to input additional numbers, up to a maximum of eleven.

Enter the number into the designated field, then click 'Save' to record it.

Repeat this process until all numbers have been added.

Designating a Primary Phone Number

Select the radio button next to the number you want to set as the primary number.

Adding Labels to Phone Numbers

Choose the appropriate label from the dropdown menu when adding or editing a phone number.

📌Note: Each label can only be applied to one number per contact.

Don't forget to hit Save to keep your changes!

Managing Phone Numbers

Click the trash can icon next to a phone number to delete it.

📌Note: The primary phone number can be edited, but it cannot be deleted until another number is selected as the default.

Click save after making any adjustments.

Making a Call on an Additional Phone Number

To make a call, click the phone icon, which will dial the primary number.
