Keeping track of issued certificates is important for managing records and verifying credentials. You can export certificate data as a CSV file for easy access and organisation, with flexible date range filtering to keep record management straightforward.
Accessing Certificates
To get started, navigate to Memberships > Certificates > Issued Certificate. This section gives you a full overview of all certificates issued within your CRM.
Select Date Range
Use the date filter to specify the time frame for the certificate data you want to export. This ensures you only retrieve the information you need.
Export CSV
Locate the Export Data button next to the search by title field and click it to start the export.
In the popup, click the Download button to complete the process.
Exporting issued certificates as a CSV makes it easy to organise and manage records. With date range filtering and structured certificate details, you can keep your documentation accurate and up to date without much effort.
📌Important Notes
- If the export contains fewer than 500 certificates, the CSV file will be available for immediate download.
- If the export contains more than 500 certificates, you will receive an email with a link to download the file once it's ready.
- CSV download links remain active for 24 hours.
- The exported CSV file includes structured details such as Contact Name, Email, Phone, Certificate ID, Issue Date, Expiry Date, and Certificate URL to facilitate easy record-keeping and verification.
