Using the Prospect Report Builder

Navigate to the Marketing tab in your account, then open the Report Builder tab within the Prospecting tool.

The builder has four main sections, each with live preview so you can check accuracy and design as you go.

Brand Theme

Here you can edit the report's primary and secondary colours, text colour, header link colour, and CTA background and text colours to define your brand's visual identity throughout the report.

Header Customization

Open this section to control the content and style of your report's header.

  • Display Options: Toggle the switches to show or hide logo, website link, tagline, contact info, and CTA button.
  • Design Options: Adjust the font type, weight, and style, upload your company logo (recommended size: 80x80px), and add a title, description, contact info, CTA label, and action type (URL, email, call).

  • Style Variants: Choose a header style that represents your brand. You can choose from left top wave, full background, and double wave left.

Introduction Customization

Position your agency as the expert with a compelling intro section. You can toggle visibility, customise fonts, and add a title and description that explain the report's value.

Wrap up reports with clear messaging and next steps.

  • Display Options: Use this section to control the elements that are visible in the footer.

  • Design Options: Customise the content, layout, and appearance of your footer section.

  • Style Variants: Choose a footer style that represents your brand. You can choose from right curve wave, full background, and flat bottom border.

Lastly, view your unsaved design in a new tab, then click Save to apply changes across all past and future reports
