A live webinar funnel lets you host real-time sessions on scheduled dates and times, giving you an interactive platform to engage with attendees as the event unfolds. Live webinars require both the host and attendees to be present at the same time, creating a space for live discussions, Q&A sessions, and feedback.
To create a Live Webinar, navigate to the Webinars tab within Sites, then click the New Webinar Funnel option.

Select the Live Webinar option, then click continue.

You'll then be asked to give your webinar a name in the Webinar Details step. You can also set the timezone, date, and time here if you'd like.

If you're planning to run the webinar more than once, enable the "Recurring Webinar" option.

Select how often you'd like it to repeat.

Enter the day, time, or date for the repetition if needed.

Next, select the form to use for guest registration, then move on to the next step.

Add your live Zoom link in this section so attendees can access the webinar at the scheduled time. Make sure the link is correct and properly formatted to avoid any access issues.

Choose from pre-built templates for the registration and confirmation pages to give attendees a smooth experience, or start from a blank template if you'd prefer a custom design.

Click the edit button to customise the content, design, and layout using the builder so it fits your brand's look and feel.

The Webinar Registration Page captures attendee details, manages registrations, and connects with your contacts for future engagement. The Webinar Confirmation Page confirms registration and shares key details such as links, times, and next steps. The Webinar Broadcast Room is configured automatically, allowing users to access content based on the selected webinar type.
Add new pages as needed to build out the webinar experience or provide additional information.

Add engaging elements such as videos, slideshows, and other media to your webinar funnel to keep attendees interested and improve engagement.

Once you're happy with everything, save and publish your webinar. Make sure to select a domain where your webinar will be available for live viewing.
By following these steps, you can engage your audience in real time, deliver valuable content, and create meaningful interactions. Once your webinar is live, you're ready to connect with your audience and make a lasting impression.
