You have full control over your Ad Manager subscription. This guide explains where to find your subscription details and how to cancel it when needed.

Accessing Your Subscription Details

Your Ad Manager subscription details are in the Ad Manager settings. To view them, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Ad Manager home screen.

Within the Platform settings, you'll find a dedicated "Subscription" tab. This shows your current subscription details, including monthly charges, subscription ID, and a cancellation option.

Canceling Your Subscription

Next to your subscription details, click the ellipses (three dots) at the end of the row. From the dropdown menu, select the option to cancel your subscription.

A dialogue box will appear detailing what will happen if you proceed with cancellation:

  • All active ad campaigns will be paused.
  • Lead syncing for lead generation campaigns will stop.
  • Any connected ad accounts will be disconnected, and you will lose access to Ad Manager until the subscription is renewed.

In the dialogue, you'll be asked to select a reason for cancelling from a list of options, or enter a custom reason by choosing 'Other'.

Once you've selected a reason, the 'Cancel Subscription' button will become active. Click it to complete the cancellation. A confirmation dialogue will appear to let you know your subscription has been cancelled.

Troubleshooting Tips

If your subscription doesn't cancel, you may see a failure message. This is rare but can happen in certain circumstances. If it does:

Campaign Status Issues

  • Check whether you have an active campaign under review by the publishing platform. If so, you'll receive an error message letting you know that cancellation isn't allowed until the review process is complete.
