Start by navigating to the affiliate page. You'll find it under the 'Affiliate Manager' section in the 'Marketing' tab of your CRM dashboard.

Adding Sub-Affiliates
Once you're on the affiliate's profile page, you'll see all the relevant information about them. To add sub-affiliates, follow these steps.
Finding the Sub-Affiliate Tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Sub-Affiliate tab. This shows a list of all sub-affiliates already linked to this parent affiliate.
Adding a New Sub-Affiliate
To add a new sub-affiliate, click the button on the right side of the screen. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the sub-affiliate details.
The first step is to choose the campaign you want to add the sub-affiliate to. By default, it selects the first campaign the parent affiliate was added to.
You'll see two lists in the pop-up. The first lets you pick affiliates already in the system; the second shows existing sub-affiliates under this parent affiliate. Search by name or email and click a profile to add it.
Once you've made your selections, click 'Save'.
If the affiliate you want to add isn't already on the platform, you can create a new profile directly from this flow by clicking Add Affiliate, entering their details, and saving.
Following these steps, you can add sub-affiliates to existing affiliates and keep your campaigns organised and running effectively.
