In workflows, the Go-To Action makes it straightforward to move contacts from one step to another. It's a useful tool for managing complex workflows with multiple branches, keeping contacts moving through the process without duplicating actions.

To begin, click on the "+" icon, search and select the "Go To" Action, save the action, and then click on any action within the workflow to want the "Go To" destination to be connected.

Create a Path

To establish a Go To path, identify the steps in your workflow where you want to create a connection. Highlighted in light green, these steps can be easily linked. Either drag the light green dot to the target dark green dot or click directly on the target step to create the path automatically.

Once the dots are connected, the path is created, and contacts reaching the "Go To" step will automatically move to the target event connected by the dotted line. For example, contacts will go directly to the "Create or Update Opportunity" action upon reaching the "GoTo" step.

Delete a Path

To remove a path, click on the unlink icon associated with the connection and select Remove Path to delete the connection. This keeps workflows clear and flexible as your processes change.

The Go-To Action is a handy feature for building streamlined, efficient workflows. Whether you're connecting steps, adjusting paths, or removing outdated links, it gives you the tools to design workflows that suit your needs. With clear connections and straightforward functionality, the Go-To Action keeps transitions smooth and processes organised.
