The Documents & Contracts Templates section in the Payments tab gives you a central place for creating, managing, and storing customisable templates for contracts, agreements, invoices, and other essential paperwork.
Reusing pre-designed templates helps you produce consistent, professional documents quickly, cutting down on manual preparation and making sure all the necessary legal and business information is included.
Navigate to Payments > Documents & Contracts > Templates to access this feature.
From here you can view your created templates, access advanced settings, and create new templates as needed.
Date Range
Use the date filter to narrow the list to entries that fall within your chosen start and end dates.

New
Select this button to start creating a new template. You can create a proposal, estimate, or contract from scratch, or upload a PDF.

Search
Use the search bar to find the template you need.

Title
This column shows the name of the document.
###
Value
The monetary amount associated with the template, such as the total estimated cost or contract value.

Date Modified
Shows the date and time the template was last updated.

Action Menu
From the action menu you can:
- Share: Copy the template to another account by clicking this option.
- Delete: Permanently remove the template from your account. This action cannot be undone.
- Use Template: Click this button to open the Documents & Contracts Builder, where you can edit the template and assign a recipient before sending it.
