Key Benefits

  • Customised Performance Insights: Tailor your dashboard to show opportunities and sales data that match your strategic priorities.
  • Enhanced Sales Tracking: Choose between the creation date and the closing date to assess sales performance more effectively.
  • Efficient Decision-Making: Get useful insights into your sales metrics directly from your dashboard, so you can make better-informed decisions.

Applying the Filter

Find the filter icon on any Opportunity Card in your dashboard. Click it to see the available filtering options. You'll be presented with three choices: "Status Change," "Created On," and "Updated On." Select whichever date property you want to filter and calculate your opportunities by.

📌Note: The filter will be applied to all opportunity cards displayed on your dashboard.

Practical Applications and Use Cases

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Sales managers can use the filter to compare opportunities created in a given month with those that reached a closing status. This helps identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Strategic Business Reviews: Business owners can filter by last status change to assess how recent sales strategies or marketing campaigns are performing. This makes it easier to refine your approach and improve results.

Using this feature, you can get a clearer picture of your sales performance and make more strategic business decisions.
