Client Portal Email Settings let portal owners manage email notifications from the various apps within the Client Portal. You can choose which types of emails you receive, so you're only notified about what's relevant and your inbox stays clear.

How to Use
To adjust your email preferences, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Client Portal tab inside the Memberships section and select the Settings option.

Click the Email Settings option to begin customising your email notifications.

Depending on your access to specific child apps, you will see options to enable or disable notifications for each corresponding app.

Adjust your preferences according to your needs.
📌 NOTE: Some email notifications, such as the community invite and certification expiry notifications, are essential and cannot be disabled.
Add Email Template
You can add an email template within each notification that will automatically be sent to the client when prompted. Click on Default Template, add the template of choice, and Save.

Preview Email
Use the eye icon to preview the template.

Being able to customise your preferences means you only see what's relevant, without unwanted notifications cluttering your inbox. It also reduces the need to contact support about email management, since you can adjust everything yourself. Portal owners stay informed about the activity that matters to them, without the noise.
