The Calendars section in your mobile app lets you view and schedule appointments from one place. If you're out and about but need to quickly add or check upcoming appointments, it's easy to get to. Just open the mobile app and tap the planner icon to see all the appointments in your CRM.

Refresh
Tap the Refresh icon to manually sync your calendar and make sure all appointments are up to date. This pulls in the latest scheduling data, helping to avoid discrepancies and keep everything accurate.

Share
The three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner opens a scheduling link for your calendar. You can share this link with your contacts so they can book an appointment, either as a one-time use link or as a reusable scheduling link that provides ongoing access for bookings.

View
By default, appointments are displayed in the monthly view. You can switch to list view by clicking the grid icon.

Select Calendars
To view appointments from specific calendars, click the Select Calendars menu and choose which calendars to include. This lets you filter the view to show only the events that are relevant to you.

You can also filter by users or groups to tailor the display to your needs. Use the search bar to find specific items quickly, then tick the relevant checkboxes to include them in your view.

Appointments matching your selected filters will then appear. To see the appointment details, click the contact's name.

Adding New Appointments
The + icon lets you schedule a new appointment or block time in your calendar to prevent bookings when you're unavailable.
