HubSpot is a CRM platform used to track contacts, companies, deals, and tickets. If you're using it alongside NotLuck CRM or transitioning over from HubSpot, this integration is for you. One instant trigger and five actions cover the most common contact-centric operations, allowing for easy connection. Let's check how to use it!

Integrating HubSpot

Before any HubSpot trigger or action can run, you must head to the Integrations tab inside your account settings and locate HubSpot. Once you do, click Connect to integrate HubSpot so your CRM can securely read from and write to your portal.

Log in to your account and authenticate the portal connection via OAuth.

Using HubSpot In Workflows

Once connected, you can start integrating HubSpot into automations by heading to the Workflows tab and creating or editing a workflow.

HubSpot Triggers

The New Contact Created trigger fires when a new contact is created in HubSpot. It returns the full contact payload with standard and custom properties.

HubSpot Actions

You have two available HubSpot actions: Find (1) and Create (2) a contact, which prompt actions in HubSpot whenever the automation is triggered.

The "Find contact" action looks up a contact by Record ID, email, or filter, then returns matching contact(s) for downstream branching. To use it, you must select the desired property (1), enter a value (2), then enter any additional details you desire (3).

The "Create contact" action creates a new contact in HubSpot. It includes standard fields such as Email, First Name, Last Name, and Phone, with custom properties supported.

Always test before publishing. Testing locks the payload schema and gives downstream steps a real record to map against.

This integration brings HubSpot directly into the Workflow Builder, so your automations can react to new contacts and vice versa. It makes management easier and keeps two-way sync active at all times. We hope you enjoy it!
