Audit Logs keep a record of everything that happens in the system. They make it straightforward to track where changes came from, maintain data integrity, and troubleshoot issues. For Calendars specifically, they also let you view extra detail about appointments or any changes made to them. This keeps your team accountable and means you can always recover missed appointments and their information.

How Does It Work?

To find Calendar information, start by opening the Audit Logs section. This contains all activity recorded in the CRM. To limit results to Calendars, click the Module filter and select Calendars.

You can filter results further by user or action type. In both cases, open the drop-down menu and click the user or action you want.

If you need to find activity for a specific calendar, go to Calendar Settings and copy the Calendar ID.

Once you have the Calendar ID, enter it in the search bar. The Audit Logs will then only show records for that calendar.

Restore Function

Accidentally deleted a Calendar? No need to panic. Click the eye icon inside the Audit Logs.

You can recover deleted calendars, along with their appointments, by selecting Restore.

That's all there is to it. Calendar Audit Logs give you a clear view of what's changed, protect against data loss, and make sure all your calendars and appointments are properly tracked.

📌Important Notes

  • When restoring a calendar, appointments deleted within ±30 minutes of the calendar deletion time will be restored. Any appointments deleted outside of this timeframe will not be recovered.
  • Audit logs are retained for a maximum of 60 days. Ensure timely restoration of deleted calendars to avoid data loss.
