How It Works
Click the plus icon in your desired workflow builder, then locate and select the "AI Summarize" action from the list.

Action Name
Once selected, you can update the action name if needed. This lets you give the action a clear, descriptive label so its purpose is easy to understand at a glance.

Max Length
Enter the maximum length of the summarised message. For example, 1 paragraph, 2 sentences, or 3 words. Click the tag icon to use a custom value instead.

Input Text
Enter the text you want to summarise or use a custom value.

If your workflow trigger is "Customer Replied" or you have preceding actions that capture a response, you can use the Message Body custom value.

Once you're happy with your configuration, save the action and let the workflow AI handle the heavy lifting.
