The Add to Notes workflow action lets you add a note to a contact record. Use it to share useful information with other users assigned to that contact.
Start by adding a suitable Trigger to the Workflow. You can add other actions before clicking the "+" icon to search for and add the "Add To Notes" action.

Add Note
Enter a Title for easy identification.

In the Notes section, enter the information you'd like other users assigned to that contact to see.

Custom Values & Trigger Link
When adding notes, you can enhance them with Custom Values and Trigger Links. Click the tag icon to insert custom values like {{contact.name}} or {{user.email}}, which pull in personalised details automatically. Use the lightning bolt icon to add trigger links, such as {{trigger_link.AE3ghN6TYHJOI4dKBZ3}}, to embed actionable links. These tools help make your notes more detailed and useful for everyone involved.

Undo or redo actions or use the other styling tools to enhance the appearance of your message.

Select a colour for your notes background.

Always remember to save the action.
