The Ad Manager Settings section gives you a full set of tools for managing and optimising your advertising campaigns. Each tab serves a specific purpose, offering key features and insights to support your decision-making. This article covers what each area of Ad Manager settings does and what you can do within each one. Getting to grips with these settings is essential for effective campaign management and strong ad performance.
Accessing Ad Manager Settings
To access it, click Settings on the Ad Manager home page, as highlighted in the image below.

Ad Account
The Platform Settings lists the accounts connected to Ad Manager.

Review connected Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn accounts by clicking the relevant tab in the Platform Settings window.

Remove a connected ad account by clicking the delete button. If you choose to delete the account, a confirmation prompt will appear and all campaigns in Ad Manager will no longer be visible. After deleting the ad account, you'll be redirected to the onboarding page to connect a new one. If the same ad account is reconnected to Ad Manager, all previously connected campaigns and pages will be restored and no data will be lost.

Switch to the Subscription tab in the Global Settings to access and manage all aspects of your Ad Manager subscription. This includes viewing your current plan, checking billing information, and cancelling your plan.

Meta
Pages Tab
The Pages tab displays a list of all Facebook pages connected to Ad Manager.

Add or delete pages by clicking the "Connect Facebook page(s)" or the delete button, respectively.

After clicking the "Connect Facebook page(s)" button, a modal will open showing a list of Facebook pages associated with the connected Business Manager, letting you select the page you want.

When deleting a connected Facebook page, you'll be prompted to confirm that the action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, the selected page will be unlinked from Ad Manager and no future ads can be published on that page through Ad Manager. Previously published ads will remain on Facebook but cannot be managed through Ad Manager.
📌Note: If a delinked Facebook page is reconnected to Ad Manager, all previously created campaigns on that page will be visible again in the campaign details section.

Conversions Tab
The Conversions tab lists all the datasets imported from the connected Meta Ad account, along with those created in Ad Manager.

Clicking the "Create new dataset" button opens a dialogue where you can name the dataset and define the goal type before saving. Once the dataset is successfully created, a Dataset ID and Pixel Code are automatically generated.
All backend configurations, including UTM parameters and attribution logic, are handled seamlessly by the system. The generated pixel code can then be embedded into the relevant website or funnel page to enable accurate conversion tracking.

Audiences Tab
In the Audiences tab, you can view a full list of all audiences created within Ad Manager, as well as those previously created on the Meta platform and imported from the connected ad account.

Create new audiences by clicking the 'Create New Audience' button, which gives you two options: Lookalike Audience and Custom Audience. Selecting either option starts the relevant creation flow. Once the process is complete, the new audience will appear in the list.

Edit the name and description of an existing audience by clicking the ellipsis icon next to it and selecting Edit. To delete an audience, click the Delete button; this will remove it from all draft and paused campaigns, provided the audience is not linked to any active campaigns. If you try to delete an audience that is part of one or more active campaigns, a validation message will appear to let you know it cannot be deleted.

Google Ads
Conversions
The Conversions tab lets you create, manage, and edit offline conversion actions for your Google Ads campaigns, giving you greater control and visibility over conversion tracking and performance attribution.

Click the Create a New Conversion button to add a new offline conversion action by filling in the required fields. This keeps tracking of leads, purchases, and other key offline events consistent and straightforward.

You can edit or delete any conversion action by clicking the actions menu associated with the conversion event.

Getting familiar with these settings will help you optimise your ad management and get better results. Whether you're connecting ad accounts, managing Facebook pages, creating datasets or conversions, or managing your subscription, the Ad Manager settings give you the controls you need to keep your campaigns running smoothly.
