In the Ad Manager, you can create campaigns designed to drive lead generation by encouraging users to complete your Facebook forms, bringing that data straight into the platform. You can also boost website traffic and motivate leads to take meaningful actions on your page. This guide gives an overview of the Ad Manager section, helping you manage your campaigns and get the most out of your advertising.

To get started with the Ad Manager, navigate to the Marketing section in your account.

Pages

After connecting your Ads account, you can access the list of pages by clicking and choosing the desired options from the drop-down list.

Date Range

View data from a selected date range by filtering using the date picker.

Settings

Add and manage the Facebook pages, conversion pixels, or Facebook audiences for your ad campaigns.

Create Campaign

Start a new campaign by selecting this button.

Campaign Details

Here you can view the details of all your campaigns in a table. You can also filter campaigns by status, choosing from Published, Drafts, Failed, In Review, or Paused.

To quickly find a campaign, enter the first few characters of its name in the search bar.

Refresh

Click the refresh button to make sure you're seeing the latest information for your campaigns, including metrics and statuses.

Campaign Name

This column displays the names of your campaigns, serving as a key identifier.

Objective Type

This column shows the primary goal of each campaign: lead generation, or website traffic.

Budget

This column shows the spending limit set for each campaign. Keeping an eye on the budget helps you manage your overall advertising costs and make sure resources are being used effectively.

Post Status

This column shows the current status of each campaign, such as Published, Paused, or Failed. Monitoring the status lets you quickly see which campaigns are running and which might need attention.

Created On

This column shows the date and time when the campaign was created, which is useful for tracking changes.

Updated On

This column shows the date and time when the campaign was last updated, which is useful for tracking changes.

Actions Menu

To modify campaign settings, select the Edit option from the actions dropdown. To pause an active campaign, choose the pause option. If you want to duplicate the campaign, click "Clone", which creates a copy at the top of the list with "(clone)" added to the campaign name. Click the delete option to permanently remove the campaign from your account.
