Setting up payment processing helps keep your service transactions running smoothly. Once your service calendar is configured correctly, appointments will automatically include payment collection. This guide covers how to enable payments in your calendar, view upcoming payments in the mobile app, and record transactions.

To get started, go to the Calendar Settings section of the web platform and edit your service calendar.

Enable the "Accept Payments" toggle under the Forms and Payments section. Make sure to set the Payment Mode to "Live" before saving your settings.

Once that's done, the event will appear in the Calendars section of your mobile app each time a customer books an appointment.

Open the app, confirm the correct account is selected, and tap on the event.

You'll see the amount due for the service, along with options to "View Invoice" and "Record Payment." Selecting "View Invoice" lets you open and edit the invoice; selecting "Record Payment" brings up the payment options.

Choose your preferred method to complete the transaction and you're done.
