Lee-ann is the voice behind NotLuck—literally. She's the one who makes sure your chatbots don't sound like they were written by a committee of robots. With a background in communications and a keen eye for what makes people tick, she shapes the tone and personality of every interaction.
When businesses come to NotLuck worried that automation means losing the human touch, Lee-ann is the one who puts those fears to rest. She believes technology should enhance human connection, not replace it. That means chatbots that feel like conversations, emails that don't sound like templates, and systems that remember you're talking to real people.
She's also the one who makes sure the team doesn't get too lost in the technical weeds. If it doesn't make sense to a normal human being, it's not ready yet.
