Bertie has been building systems since before most people knew what a CRM was. After co-founding fillmybelly.com and successfully selling it to Just Eat in 2012, he went on to become Director of Global Systems, where he learned that the best solutions aren't always the most complex ones.
At NotLuck, Bertie focuses on strategy and systems architecture. He's the one who looks at your business and sees not just what it is, but what it could become. Whether it's mapping out your customer journey, designing automation workflows, or figuring out how to make your tech stack actually work together, Bertie brings a decade of experience in making businesses run smoother.
