Why does it take 2-4 weeks?
Your equipment is shipped directly from Elerein's manufacturing facility in China. This direct route is what allows us to offer prices up to 50% below UK retail. Express shipping (1-2 weeks) is available if you need faster delivery.
Are customs and import fees included?
Yes, absolutely. The price you see includes ALL fees – customs duty, import VAT, clearance charges, and delivery. There are no surprise costs when your equipment arrives.
Who handles the shipping?
We use Shippo to manage our logistics, which gives us access to multiple trusted carriers. Depending on your location and order size, your shipment may be handled by DHL, FedEx, or specialist freight forwarders for larger equipment.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your equipment's journey from China all the way to your door, including customs clearance updates.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your equipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund – no complicated claims process.
Do you deliver to Scotland/Northern Ireland/etc?
We deliver anywhere in the UK, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Delivery times and any additional costs will be shown at checkout.
